The Stihl Shop Mildura have a store policy of NO credit card over the phone, the store will not accept a credit card unless it is present instore.
An invoice can be emailed to the customer on request so they can transfer money into our account. The product/products cannot be taken or posted out until money has been cleared into our account. (This will take overnight except weekends which will not be cleared until Tuesday.) Public Holidays can take longer.
Pickup and Delivery services are available at a cost. Goods will not be returned until they are paid in full. No Goods will leave the store before they are paid for in full (unless accounts apply).
